Tri-Star Sale 915 – Distributor Supply Package

The Seller is offering to sell its Consignment Fuel Supply Agreements and related Fuel Dispensing Equipment at 21 consignment gas stations locations (“Locations”) throughout Tennessee (“Supply Package”). The Locations carry various brands of fuel subject to Jobbership Agreements with the Seller. The Seller will be assigning all rights and obligations of its Consignment Fuel Supply Agreement to the accepted bidder(s).

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION MEMORANDUM
NRC has prepared a Confidential Information Memorandum (“CIM”) that contains specific information addressing the nature of the supply relationship structure between the Seller and each Location, including historical volumes, consignment/commission structure, certain expense obligations, brand information, detailed equipment listing, and other information relevant to the supply relationship at each location. The CIM will be subject to the Confidentiality Agreement between the bidder and the Seller. For additional terms and conditions of sale for Supply Package, please see the CIM.
