The Pantry to Sell 80 Sites Throughout Southeast

The Pantry, Inc. has engaged Chicago, IL-based NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC (NRC) for a divestiture of 80 locations located throughout the Southeast.

The properties include a mix of convenience stores with gas, stand-alone convenience stores, closed sites and other real estate. Most of the stations are currently branded Kangaroo, Shell, Chevron, Citgo, Mobil, BP and Texaco.

NRC Announces Tri Star Energy Divestiture

NRC announced today the sale specifics for the strategic divestiture of a number of convenience stores and retail gasoline outlets in Tennessee for Tri Star Energy, LLC (“Tri Star”) of Nashville, Tenn. Proceeds from the divestiture are to be used for expansion and acquisition opportunities. The list includes a diverse mix of company-operated and consignment sites (with and without real estate interests) and supply-only sites with equipment, as well as several parcels of undeveloped land.

NRC Mart Opens ‘Doors’

CHICAGO -- NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC (NRC) has rolled out NRC Mart, a service for sellers of single or multiple convenience stores that capitalizes on NRC's extensive credentials in the sale of large portfolios. NRC Mart launched yesterday with an initial listing of approximately 20 c-stores with gasoline in Southern California, Arizona and Connecticut valued at $40 million, but is expected to have additional stores for sale in Chicago, Atlanta and other cities in the near future.
