order a free brochure by calling our Customer Service line.
If you are interested in bidding, you must order a due diligence package called
the Property Specific Package (PSP) for each property. You may order PSPs
directly from our Web site or by calling our Customer Service line at the
phone number noted on our Web site.
Second, physically visit the sites that you are interested in buying. DO
NOT DISTURB or identify yourself to the employees. Buyers found speaking
to the employees may be disqualified from bidding. Closed stores are
generally viewable upon request.
Third, talk with a lender as soon as possible. Because our sales close
quickly, you have a short time after a successful bid to obtain a loan.
