The Property Specific Package (PSP) is a comprehensive package of due diligence information available
for each property. The PSP (for operating stores) generally contains financial and real estate information,
store sales, motor fuel volumes, a preliminary title commitment, UST information, environmental information,
licenses & permits, the bidding documents and purchase contract.
