  Ian Walker
Senior Sales Manager
Ian Walker joined NRC Realty & Capital Advisors in 2003 as a Sales Manager and currently heads the company's Sales Team in Chicago. His primary focus is managing the structured sale of commercial real estate portfolios via NRC's sealed bid process.

Over the past 6 years, Mr. Walker has been responsible for managing the divestitures of commercial real estate portfolios in excess of $1 billion for corporate clients such as GE Capital, BP North America, Sunoco and Circle K.

Mr. Walker began his real estate career in 2001 at Coldwell Banker. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Columbia College. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Chicago Association of Realtors.
 
  Dave Shand
Sales Manager
Dave Shand has over 6 years of commercial real estate sales experience, primarily in single tenant retail, with specific expertise in petroleum industry properties. Mr. Shand joined NRC in 2003 and has since collaborated on the negotiation and sale of approximately 1,000 operating and closed gasoline stations and convenience stores for a total of more than $1 billion for clients including BP, Sunoco, GE Capital, and Circle K.

As part of a considerable effort to generate new business at NRC, Mr. Shand helped implement a program to market single sites and small portfolios of petroleum properties to individual buyers, currently in excess of $60 million.

Mr. Shand earned his undergraduate degree from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and is a current member of the Chicago and Illinois Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
 
  Jonathan Graham
Sales Manager
Jonathan Graham is a Sales Manager on the NRC Realty & Capital Advisors Sales Team. Since joining NRC in 2004 he has been involved in the negotiation and sale of over 1,000 properties totaling sales of more than $1 billion. He specializes in the analysis and sale of retail properties including sales for BP North America, GE Franchise Finance, Sunoco and Circle K, among others.

Mr. Graham is also involved with the development of single and multi-site retail locations. His responsibilities range from managing client relations to overseeing the initial project development through completing the assets transaction.

Mr. Graham holds a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and is currently a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
