BP Puts 83 Atlanta Retail Gasoline C-Stores on Auction Block
BP is putting 83 retail gasoline convenience franchise locations in the Atlanta, Georgia region on the auction block,
according to a statement by NRC Realty Advisors, who is coordinating the sales.
Of the total sites to be branded as am/pm franchise stores with BP gasoline stations, 77 are existing BP-branded sites.
These 77 sites include 46 that will have franchise stores rebranded to am/pm by BP and 23 sites that the buyers will initially
operate under the BP flag and complete the conversion and rebranding of the franchise store to am/pm after closing. Eight site
locations will require complete redevelopment before opening the convenience store with the am/pm brand.
In addition to the am/pm franchise sites, BP is offering four BP branded gas stations and 17 sites for other commercial use,
including five as debranded gas stations.
