Gilligan Oil to Sell 13 Gas Stations in Ohio
Cincinnati - March 5 - Gilligan Oil Co. announced Monday that it has retained Chicago-based NRC Realty Advisors to coordinate and execute a sealed bid sale of
13 gas stations in the greater Cincinnati area of Ohio. The sale portfolio consists of 12 operating Shell stations and one Sunoco station. Every location has a
convenience store and will be sold with a 15-year fuel supply agreement.
“We are looking to grow our market share by balancing our co-op store count with our dealer store count,” said Pat Gilligan, president and CEO of Gilligan Oil.
