BP SELLING 21 SITES IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY
CHICAGO – BP Products North America Inc. has put 20 properties
in northern New Jersey and one property in Freeport, N.Y., on
the market. The properties include 18 BP-branded gas stations, 2
vacant land parcels and one land parcel with an existing
building.
Of the 18 BP stations, 14 include convenience stores. These
properties are currently dealer-owned, dealer-operated stations
being offered with a five-year dealer supply agreement, with
five-year extension terms. Two vacant land parcels are being
sold for development as new BP stations. The remaining land
parcel with an auto repair facility is being sold "as-is" for
occupancy or redevelopment.
BP has retained NRC Realty Advisors LLC, Chicago, to facilitate
the sale.
