CHICAGO, IL – April 3, 2006 – NRC Realty Advisors, LLC (NRC) announced today that it is coordinating and executing the sealed bid sale of
15 convenience stores on behalf of White Hen Pantry, Inc. (WHP). The sites are situated throughout Chicagoland.
All locations are currently operating convenience stores and will be de-branded at the time of sale. Purchasers will be acquiring long-term leases of
varying terms and all store inventory . Real estate will not be included in the sale other than control through a long-term lease. The site locations are:
Chicago, Round Lake Beach (2), Wheeling, Glenview (2), Mount Prospect, Des Plaines, Hanover Park, Roselle, Carol Stream, Aurora, Naperville, Bolingbrook and Sauk Village.
"WHP is making available 15 desirable convenience store locations throughout the Chicago suburbs because they no longer meet their long-term strategic positioning

The locations will be sold through a sealed bid sale in a "buy one, some or all" format with bids due on Tuesday, May 16, 2006. A complete site list is available
