BP TO SELL 7 RETAIL/GASOLINE STORES IN CALIFORNIA MARKET
BP Products North America Inc. is selling seven retail gasoline/convenience store sites located
in the central and southern California market. The locations are currently operating AM/PM stations.
The sites are located in Arroyo Grande, Atascadero, Phelan, Piru, Riverside, with two locations in Victorville.
The locations are being sold with 20-year AM/PM franchises and fuel supply agreements from BP Products North America.
The sites will be offered through a sealed bid sale in a "buy one, some or all" format with bids
due on August 24. NRC Realty Advisors is coordinating the sale.
