38 T-MART C-STORES IN KENTUCKY, TENNESSEE ON THE AUCTION BLOCK
The sale of 38 gasoline stations with T-Mart convenience stores in Kentucky
and Tennessee,
being offered for auction through NRC Realty Advisors, LLC,
has been extended until June 27.
A national lending institution has retained NRC to coordinate the deal.
The sites, of which 30 are currently operating and eight are closed, are
being sold individually.
Most of the sites are unbranded, with the others
branded Marathon or Texaco.
The sale of the properties is on an ‘as-is, where-is' with all faults basis.
