44 RETAIL BP SITES FOR SALE IN MARKETS EAST OF THE ROCKIES
Consistent with its plan to build its brand through a network that includes a mix of company, jobber, dealer and franchise-owned convenience
and gasoline retail locations, BP said it is offering through a sealed bid sale 16 BP gasoline stations with BP Connect franchise stores,
28 BP branded gasoline stations with 12 C-stores and 15 commercial sites in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania. The deadline for bids,
through NRC Realty Advisors, LLC, is July 7.
In a separate sealed bid sale, the company is offering one BP gasoline station with a BP Connect franchise store, one BP gasoline station and six
commercial sites for sale in south Florida. The deadline for bids is August 15.
Also, with a bid deadline of August 15, BP is offering eight BP branded gasoline stations, four de-branded gasoline stations and five commercial
sites for sale in the Atlanta, Georgia Metro area.
