Knight Enterprises, Inc. is selling 56 properties comprised of operating and
closed gasoline stations, a commercial shopping center, and vacant
commercial land parcels located in Illinois, Michigan and Ohio. The sealed
bid auction, with a deadline of Dec. 14, is being coordinated by NRC Realty
Advisors, LLC.
Thirty-four of the properties are currently operating and are being offered
as branded gasoline stations with convenience stores. All will be sold with
15-year fuel supply agreements. Twenty-nine of these stations are offered as
fee sites and five stations are lease sites; some stations may change brands
prior to closing.
The five properties that are currently closed are being offered as branded
gasoline stations with convenience stores and will be sold with 15-year fuel
supply agreements as well. The supplying entity will be determined on a site
by site basis.
Properties will be sold 'as-is, where-is' with all faults.
