Twelve Convenience Stores With Gas For Sale in Texas

By CSD StaffNRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC (NRC) is coordinating the sale of 12 operating convenience stores with gas in Texas for SDI Petroleum LLC of Houston, Texas.
The convenience stores are located in Alamo, Brownsville (2), Donna, Edinburg, Laredo (6) & Pharr, Texas on high-traffic corners. Building sizes for the convenience stores range from 1,090 to 4,000 square feet, with sites ranging from 13,000 square feet to 1.4 acres. Seven sites are being sold with real estate, while five sites will be offered as a leasehold interest. Sites may be sold with or without fuel supply. Sites will be sold without convenience store brand, but will retain the Shell fuel brand.
"This sale offers some great opportunities for qualified operators," said Dennis Ruben, NRC's executive managing director. "Anyone operating or interested in this market should take a serious look at these sites."
The sale is being conducted using NRC's well-known "buy one, some or all" sealed bid sale process.
