Two C-Stores with Fuel in Arizona Available for Sale

By CSD StaffTwo attractive convenience stores and their properties are being offered for sealed bid sale through NRC.
One lender has retained NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC to arrange the sale of two convenience stores with fuel in Mesa, Ariz.
The properties are located on Broadway, a heavily trafficked arterial street in Mesa, Ariz. and are being sold without fuel supply or gas brand. The store located at Broadway and Val Vista is 4,383 square feet on a 1.15-acre site which includes a car wash, and the store at Broadway and Gilbert is 2,470 square feet on a 20,700 square foot site.
“These are attractive stores,” according to Evan Gladstone, NRC’s executive managing director. “They should be a good fit for smaller operators or jobbers, and we expect strong interest from the market,” Gladstone said.
The properties will be sold using NRC’s well-known sealed-bid sale process. Information regarding the stores is available online at www.nrc.com/1611. Property Specific Packages (PSP) are expected to be available in late-May, with a bid deadline of June 28, 2016.
