CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Six area Guppy's on the Go convenience stores are in search of new owners.

The c-stores are located in Cedar Rapids, Marion, Robins, Postville, Elgin and Tripoli, and range in size from 1,500 to 3,500 square feet, according to NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC.

Chicago-based NRC has been retained by Ravinia Capital LLC of Chicago as marketing agent and broker to coordinate the sale. Ravinia Capital is the financial advisor to the seller.

Most stores have Godfather pizza franchises and are modern offerings with large canopies and single-hose multiple product dispensers on the forecourt.

In addition, four sites are branded BP and two are branded Sinclair. Sites are being sold with or without fuel supply in NRC's "buy one, some or all" bid process; however, it is the seller's preference to sell the stores to a single buyer, according to the firm.

Bids are due no later than Sept. 27.

Guppy's on the Go is a local convenience chain in eastern Iowa. It was founded in 1998.
