Parkland announces sale of 157 c-stores with gas in Canada
Sale of properties will happen across six provinces

By Tom Venetis, Associate EditorParkland Corporation has retained NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC to help in the sale of 157 convenience stores with gas operations in Canada.
According to NRC Realty & Capital, the sale involves 80 locations in Quebec, 31 in Ontario, 30 in Alberta, 9 in British Columbia, 6 in Saskatchewan and 1 in Manitoba.
Bids are due by May 28, 2024.
