We understand that proper exposure is key to generating the largest pool of qualified bidders. We conduct customized marketing and PR campaigns
for every project, and we’ll determine the most cost-effective and efficient means to promote your sale. Our in-house marketing and PR department
will find the best combination of print and broadcast advertising, direct mail, and strategically placed PR to motivate buyers to an immediate
“call-to-action.” We’ll also hold our trademarked How-to-Bid Seminar® before the auction to generate excitement and educate
buyers about the bidding process. We will arrange to have lenders on hand to prequalify buyers, too.
Selling "As-Is" without Contingencies
Most of our auctions require buyers to bid without contingencies and close within 30-45 days after the auction or bid deadline,
creating predictable project timelines. Units which are unfinished can be sold as-is.
Costs and Fees
Selling fees are generally equivalent to brokerage commissions. We also offer competitive commissions to cooperating brokers to generate
additional interest in our sales. Marketing fees generally run from 1/2-2% of property value.
We can assemble auctions and sealed bid sales in as little as 60 days, ensuring that your inventory
is sold and closed quickly, allowing you to move on to your next project.
