New West Stations, Inc. to Sell 5 West Coast Loacations
CHICAGO, IL - June 30, 2008 - NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC, (NRC) announced today that it has been retained by Sacramento based New West Stations, Inc. to coordinate the sale of sites in Northern California.
The sale portfolio consists of five (5) fee-owned operating convenience stores with gasoline stations. Most locations have Del Taco or Wendy's License Agreement. All the stations are currently branded Shell or Chevron and four (4) have convenience stores.
In addition, four (4) operating businesses with long-term ground leases are available in Southern California. Two (2) are being offered with am/pm Franchise and ARCO branded gasoline stations with car washes as well as one (1) Chevron branded gasoline with C-Store and Subway Franchise plus one (1) Shell branded gasoline with C-Store.
"These are properties with large footprints in high-traffic areas and all are being sold with re-branding opportunities" said Evan Gladstone, Executive Managing Director of NRC. "NRC is pleased to continue our partnership with New West and coordinate the sale of the Southern California sites with other sellers". NRC is currently offering 32 convenience stores mostly in and around San Diego in a July 22nd bidding.

NRC is offering both an all-inclusive sales brochure as well as individual property specific packages (PSPs). The free brochure provides overviews of the property listings, including location and sales volume. The $35 PSPs ($25 CD-ROM versions available upon request) contain site-specific bid packages and detailed due diligence information.
