Gilligan Oil selling 13 gasoline stations in Ohio

CHICAGO, IL MARCH 5, 2007 - NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC, (NRC) announced today that it has been retained by Cincinnati-based Gilligan Oil Company, LLC, to coordinate and execute a sealed bid sale of 13 gas stations in Ohio.

The sale portfolio consists of 12 operating Shell gas stations and 1 operating Sunoco station, all with c-stores; ten locations also have car washes. All locations will be sold with 15-year fuel supply agreements and are located in the Greater Cincinnati Area: Cincinnati (3 locations), Loveland (3 locations), West Chester (2 locations), Blue Ash, Columbus, Hamilton, Sharonville and Withamsville Ohio.

Gilligan Oil was founded in 1993 by Patrick Gilligan and has numerous company operated and dealer operated locations in central and southern Ohio. Gilligan Oil sells fuel under Shell, Sunoco, and Exxon banners at more than 80 retail locations. Gilligan's service portfolio includes convenience stores, gasoline stations, car washes and franchise restaurants.
