Schaefferstown Store Site for Sale

Getty Realty Corp. is trying to sell the former Getty Mart, 214 S. Carpenter St., Schaefferstown.
The unoccupied 3,517-square-foot building sits on an 18,720-square-foot site, according to a Getty news release. The minimum bid will be $75,000.
NRC Realty & Capital Advisors is coordinating property viewings on Aug. 28, Sept. 6 and Sept. 12, the release states. There are no underground storage tanks at the site.
