US: 7-Eleven Puts 139 Stores Up For Sale

7-Eleven has announced plans to sell 139 convenience stores across six US states. The company said the outlets - located in Texas, Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah and Wisconsin - are either too small for its format or the lot is too small to rebuild.
The stores are part of recent acquisitions made by the c-store giant, including those from Tetco, C.L. Thomas and ExxonMobil. 7-Eleven did not say how much it expects to generate from the sale.
