7-Eleven Inc. is looking to sell more than 70 of its convenience stores and gas stations across the U.S., including 18 locations in New Jersey.

The Dallas, Texas-based multinational chain of retail convenience stores recently tapped NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC to coordinate the sale or sublease of 73 properties.

Bids are due Nov. 1. The locations will be sold through a "buy one, some or all" process and without convenience store branding, according to NRC.

Of the more than 13,000 stores 7-Eleven operates, franchises or licenses in North America, about 370 of those are located in the Garden State.

In May 2021, the company acquired Speedway for $21 billion and now operates and franchises the nationwide convenience and gas chain. Within New Jersey, there are 66 Speedway locations.
