Sheree Andersen joins NRC Realty Advisors as Vice President
Sheree Andersen, a 20-year veteran in the commercial finance and real estate executive fields, has joined NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC as vice president. Operating out of the Scottsdale office, she will be responsible for fostering national business development opportunities in the franchise restaurant field.
NRC Realty Advisors is a Chicago-based firm specializing in the accelerated sale of real estate by auction and sealed bid sale. The firm provides a full array of real estate and financial advisory services, including: portfolio analysis and optimization; refinancing, recapitalization and sale-leaseback financing options; workouts and restructures; divestiture strategies; and merger and corporate acquisition opportunities (sell side and buy side).
Andersen brings to NRC Realty Advisors extensive experience in originating, evaluating, underwriting, negotiating and closing financing transactions in the franchise restaurant and retail industries. She has been involved in transactions ranging from $1 million to $500 million.
Prior to joining NRC Realty Advisors, Andersen was vice president, indirect lending and portfolio for GE Capital Commercial Finance, Franchise Finance in Scottsdale, Ariz. Additional experience includes positions as vice president of sales for CIT and AT & T; and acquisitions and finance manager for AEI Fund Management, Inc.
