Florida developers selling two prime residential development parcels in Sarasota and Bradenton

CHICAGO, IL January 25, 2007 - NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC (NRC) has been retained by LandBuilder West, LLC to coordinate the offering of two development properties located in Sarasota and Bradenton, Florida by sealed bid on February 8, 2007.

The sale portfolio consists of Country Chase, a 25-acre site zoned for residential use with 5-acre estates possible. The land is surrounded by several golf clubs including the Tournament Players Club Prestancia, and is ideal for a custom homebuilder or to maintain as a 25-acre estate within minutes to downtown Sarasota and beaches. Prospect Pointe is a 14-acre site with preliminary site plan and final zoning for 38 single family homes in Bradenton Florida. This in-fill parcel is located in high growth area of Manatee County at 63rd Avenue and Prospect Road.
